Here is how the cleveland.com staff forecasts the game:

Mary Kay Cabot (1-0): Browns 23, Bengals 20

In the first meeting with fellow Heisman winner and No. 1 pick Joe Burrow, Baker Mayfield plants his flag in the Battle of Ohio.

Terry Pluto (1-0): Bengals 27, Browns 24

Browns defense is a mess right now.

Doug Lesmerises (1-0): Browns 27, Bengals 16

Think a chunk of the Browns' issues Sunday was that Baltimore is awesome, and Cincinnati isn’t Baltimore.

Dan Labbe (1-0): Browns 24, Bengals 16

The Browns' pass rush should make the short flight back to Cincinnati seem a little longer.

Ellis Williams (1-0): Browns 26, Bengals 20

The Browns are stronger on both front lines, offensive and defensive. That should be enough to beat the team that picked Joe Burrow No. 1. He’ll play well but Kareem Hunt & Nick Chubb should be better.

Hayden Grove (1-0): Browns 24, Bengals 17

The Browns have a bounceback week against a less talented Bengals defense, but there are still some issues that will come up on both sides of the ball. Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt both have big days, opening up the passing attack as Kevin Stefanski’s offense makes a real debut.

Scott Patsko (0-1): Browns 31, Bengals 13

I make this prediction with the confidence of a man who picked the Browns to win in Week 1.
